What Should Players Do To Get Barrier Blocks In Minecraft

Tutorial: How to make a unbreakable block in Minecraft (uses command blocks)

To get barrier blocks in Minecraft, players must enable cheats when first creating a world. This is because barrier blocks can only be obtained using commands.

Players will have to use a command called the “give command” in order to get barrier blocks. They will need to type in the command started with /give first. Players must type in how many barrier blocks they desire in the command.

Barrier blocks have much more blast resistance in Minecraft because technically, they are a “cheat.” This is what really makes them indestructible.

Here Is How To Make Block Unbreakable In Minecraft

Making unbreakable blocks in mincraft only require a few commands depending on the which minecraft version you are using. Meanwhile, you first need to put a player in Adventure mode using the different commands that fit your version. Thats the first step on How to Make Blocks Unbreakable in Minecraft. Talking about commands we have selected group of commands that works on different versions of the game.

List Of Minecraft Blocks Obtainable Using Commands Only

The endless world of Minecraft is made of nothing but only blocks. Minecraft used to only have standard blocks like grass, dirt, stone, wood, etc., but fast forward to a decade later, players can now find hundreds of blocks in the world.

Blocks are an essential item in Minecraft. Almost every player’s first thing to do in a new world is chop down a tree to get wood. Players need blocks to perform most tasks in the game.

The majority of the blocks are available in a regular Minecraft world. However, a few are available using console commands. Players can use commands to get game-breaking, unobtainable blocks in Minecraft.

What Barrier Blocks Provide The Player

Barrier blocks supply players with a safe and secure location to store their materials. If a player wants to hide certain materials or tools from other players, barrier blocks are the way to do it.

Using these will prevent other players from being able to steal the items, and the player will also not have to worry about creepers blowing up a specific area that is important to them or other mobs destroying it.

Players can also use these blocks as a bridge walkway. As shown in the image above, barrier blocks can serve as a bridge to cross long gaps. Players will not have to worry about the blocks breaking while they are in the air, so they know they have a safe passageway.

also affect mobs and other things too.

So this is possible but it’s overly complicated and doesn’t work with other mobs or TnT . You would need to run commands that test every block in an area within the reach of a player and use some armor stand trickery to store which blocks are the unbreakable block. Additionally, you would also need to recreate the entire system for every player that’s possible in the world. If you still wish to do this the following might work.

First you would need to run 64 commands that summon invisible armor stands around each player . The following would work after an ID system is created :

You would need to repeat that command 64 times . Now you would need to kill all armor stands not within the player radius using the following:

Next you would need a repeating command block that tags all of the armor stands that are within the desired unbreakable block:

Now you would need to detect for armor stands that have the “inStone” tag that aren’t in stone at any given time with the following:

Next you need to set a block next to another series of other commands :

/setblock minecraft:redstone_block

This series of commands would begin with a redstone activated impulse block, next to the previously stated x, y, and z, and the rest being chain conditional blocks:

How To Make Unbreakable Blocks

I am currently in a java Minecraft realm with a couple of friends where we are making a bed wars mini game. The issue we are having is making the islands with the beds unbreakable so players don’t mine them for resources or a undetected way to get to the beds.

From my research online there are only a few possibilities I found, none that really do what I want.

the options I found:

1)I can make the whole thing out of bedrock, obsidian and barriers

issue: ugly, very few materials, unable to tell which island is which color.

2) Use a command block on repeat running a /setblock or /fill command

issue: very time consuming to set each block with a command block

3) Set all players to adventure mode

issue: I want players to be able to break the building blocks that other players place like wool, and then be able to replace those blocks again- not currently possible, I can have a tool break a block and a block be placed somewhere, but not be used again.

Edit: I also tried /clone and using structure blocks. Clone on repeat lags the server too much and I couldn’t make a redstone clock fast enough to use structure blocks.

Any help is appreciated,

How To Get Barrier Blocks In Minecraft

Barrier blocks in Minecraft are items that are used as barricades, and the good thing about them is that they are unbreakable. Players can use these blocks to protect a specific region from other entities in the world.

These items are little red square blocks that have a cross going horizontally down them, hinting players not to try to cross beyond the point of the blocks. These blocks are also invisible at times.

Barrier blocks are indestructible, but sometimes players are able to bypass this due to a glitch, and they can be broken at times. Players should immediately fix it if this is seen.

Here’s how players can get barrier blocks in the game.

Players should keep in mind that barrier blocks are unbreakable unless there is a way to bypass them. Once the blocks are placed, players will not be able to take them up unless there is a specific command for that.

It is essential to place the blocks in the desired location and make sure that the whole area of the region that requires protection is covered. Players should also ensure they at least leave some entrance to the barricaded items.

Players should either make a secret entrance or leave a few blocks off to make it possible for them to still reach the barricaded items. They would not want to lock themselves out of their items.

Making A Large Area Of Blocks Unbreakable In All Gamemodes

I own a realm and want to make all Acacia Wood Planks, Orange Concrete and Lime Concrete ‘unbreakable’ using commands. There is a large amount t of each of these blocks so I was hoping that there is an alternative way to make this work without having to have a /setblock, /fill or /clone command on every block.

The screenshot shows the area that I want unbreakable, all the walls and ceiling is Acacia Wood Planks and the floor is a mixture of Lime and Orange Concrete.

Quote from ShelLuser»

You could place players in adventure mode, this will disallow them to break any kind of block unless they have a tool which has the CanDestroy tag applied. Unfortunately… once they do they can then basically destroy any kind of block again, unless you limit the tool to specific block types only.

Do you think it would be possible to allow farming in adventure mode using a special hoe and a special seed?A special hoe that affect dirt and a special seed that will allow the player to plant it?

How Do I Create Unbreakable Blocks

I am creating a map on Minecraft, and I want the players to break certain blocks like trees, but I don’t want them to break other blocks like stone bricks. Is there any command that can help me?

Then, you would give them items with the CanDestroy or CanPlaceOn tags. Remember to use the exact capitalization as shown.

Activate The Command Block

Now, activate the command block with the redstone device such as a lever, button, or pressure plate. In this example, we are going to use a lever to activate the command block.

When a player pulls the lever, the command block will be activated.

Now you will see a tower of command blocks and redstone blocks appear. Then after a few seconds, the house will be created next to you.

This is what the inside of the indestructible house will look like. This house will withstand explosions and attacks from mobs and other players. Because it is made of bedrock, it is nearly impossible to destroy the bedrock foundation in Survival mode.

Congratulations, you have learned how to program a command block to build an indestructible house with one command in Minecraft.

This is an example of the CanDestroy NBT tag, which allows people in Adventure mode to destroy any of the blocks in that list, but not any other ones:

On applying the command above, this is what appears when hovering over the item that lets you know what the item can destroy:

This is an example of the CanPlaceOn NBT tag, which allows you to place that block/item on any surface. For example, if the CanPlaceOn NBT tag included minecraft:stone, you could place the block with that NBT tag on any of the blocks in the list above. Here is the example:

This is what would appear when hovering over the item to let you know what you can place the block/item on:

Both CanDestroy and CanPlaceOn support tags. The tags made above represent a group of blocks/items and can be used in place of them. The following commands mean the same thing:
