Spray 9×9 inch pan with a non stick spray, set aside.
On low heat in a large pot stir butter with a wooden spoon until melted. Then add mini marshmallows. Stir well until marshmallows are melted. Remove from the heat and stir in Vanilla Extract and green food coloring. Stir well it combined.
Fold in rice krispies cereal. Try not to crush the cereal with a wooden spoon.
Spread green rice krispies mixture in an even layer on the bottom of prepared 9×9 pan. Place a piece of wax paper on the top and press the mixture down using your hands or back of the measuring cup. Peel the wax paper off, cover loosely with food wrap and chill for 20 minutes.

Place a piece of wax paper on the top and press the chocolate rice krispies mixture down using your hands or back of the measuring cup. Peel the wax paper off, cover with food wrap and chill for 40 minutes or up to overnight.
