Emerald Hills Stable is a family run equestrian center located on 209+ scenic acres of private and peaceful land with lush grass paddocks, large run ins and a staff that is knowledgeable and puts your horses first and foremost. Katherine Butler owns and operates Emerald Hills Stable and offers many wonderful services to the public from boarding and lessons to camps and unlimited part boarding packages. Emerald Hills offers everything for the beginner to advanced rider as well as the more competitive to casual recreational rider. Emerald Hills Stable works with riders from age 7 and up. Safety of the riders as well as the horses is the first priority and beginners will learn the basics on the lunge line until the rider is confident and is in control.
At Emerald Hills, education follows safety, along with balance and proper seat, we teach ground rules, manners in and out of the ring and horse theory.
Emerald Hills believes that everyone should be able to ride regardless of your situation and offers affordable rates for exceptional services. Whatever your needs are, Emerald Hills will strive to meet them. You always receive personal attention from the barn staff wheather your welcomed as an owner, rider or part boarder, whatever your riding level or if you are a first time horse owner or have owned horses forever.
