Second, youre going to want to make sure that theres a hole in the roof of your house where the smoke will go, as when you place down the campfire, the smoke wont rise up unless the chimney is there.

Once youve placed the hole in the roof of the house, head upwards onto the roof, and place four blocks on all sides of the hole. Lets start with 12 X 14 blocks of space to build a barn. First, use spruce logs for the corners and extend them to six blocks.

Extend all spruce logs and extend them to one block and join them through a dark oak wood plank. Make sure that you dont do the same with the front and the back wall.

We will use spruce trapdoors for front and back walls and place them like the image shown below.

Lets create a second floor by extending the left and the right walls to two blocks. Also, use birch wood slabs and extend the left and right walls.

Extend the front and back wall to three wooden slabs to get a 2 X 6 gap in the roof.
