Broadly speaking, digital objects can be defined as those entities accessible through a digital device that do not possess physical properties and exist exclusively in online space. Virtual objects at this stage entail a range of digital artefacts deemed meaningful for the individual in that they carry a strong symbolic charge, and hence help users communicate certain self-aspects, document personal history narratives, and ultimately trigger identity experimentation and formation . Given their increased self-expressive and sentimental value, individuals often raise concerns about losing these special digital creations and work to ensure their security and longevity .

The hierarchy was reviewed and Harry was challenged to choose a task he wanted to try to do. Harry was extremely nervous about this and struggled to find a task. The therapist reviewed his goals with him and together they picked one that he wanted to work toward, which was being able to play Minecraft without having to engage in tapping rituals. Harry managed this task, and to support him rating his anxiety, his traffic light rating scale was pinned up on the wall and the therapist asked him to monitor his heart rate to help rate anxiety this was facilitated by using a 1-minute pause-and-notice rule whereby after an exposure the therapist would ask Harry to pause for a minute, notice his heart rate, and then generate an anxiety rating. Harry managed to rate his anxiety over the task and this was plotted on a graph to keep the information visual.

Competitors may take up to four days and use no more than eight million steps to train their AIs to find a diamond. Thats still a lot longer than it would take a child to learn, but much faster than typical AI models nowadays.

Imitation learning can improve the efficiency of the learning process, by mimicking how humans or even other AI algorithms tackle the task. And the coding event, known as the MineRL Competition, encourages contestants to use this technique to teach AI to play the game.
