Remove Resource Packs In Minecraft Bedrock
To uninstall or remove resource packs in the Minecraft bedrock edition, you have to use the global Storage option. You cannot do it from the resource packs option on the world settings page. It is pretty easy to do. Just follow the below steps and you will be done in no time.
Step 1: Open the Minecraft app. On Windows 10, you can do that by searching for it in the Start menu or by clicking on the Minecraft tile appearing on the right side of the Start menu.

On PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X, players will be prompted to download the DLC the first time they log in to the game. Accepting the prompt will open the Game Installs menu. From there, follow the on-screen steps to download and install the texture pack.

Some texture pack creators even have their own websites dedicated to their texture packs. When installing a texture pack, make sure that you select the version that corresponds to the one that you will be using in the game, as some texture packs only work in specific versions.
Once you have downloaded the texture pack of your choice, you can go ahead and launch the game.
After launching the game, select Options, and then select Resource Packs. Now, click on Open Pack Folder. This will lead you to the resource packs folder, where you can place any texture packs that you wish to use.
Next, just drag and drop the texture pack that you want into this folder and go back into the game. After doing this, you will see the texture pack that you added is now displayed on the left under the category of texture packs that are Available.

Automatic Installation Via The Settings Menu
In order to install you Resource Pack, you will go to the Options menu, then hit Resource Packs. You can find resource packs to download online, or learn how to make your own, either is fine. To add a pack, take the folder or zip folder and drag it onto the Minecraft window when you are on this screen. This will add the Resource Pack to your list automatically. Once you have added the pack, you should see it in your Resource Pack menu. Move it from Available to Selected to use the pack.
You can either remove the default pack, or you can keep it there. If you keep it underneath, any missing textures from the new pack will just have the default look. It is good to keep it there as a failsafe.
Note: when you download the Resource Pack, it will most likely be zipped. If you dont plan to edit it at all, you dont need to unzip it. If you want to change anything inside of the pack: Extract All from it and make a normal folder instead. This is optional and only for players who want to make changes to a pack.
Texture Streaming For Pc
On PC, the November 2020 update introduces Texture Streaming. This feature was developed to reduce the game’s overall package size by removing certain textures rarely used or encountered by players. If players encounter an Operator or Weapon that uses a high-resolution texture, it will be streamed to the PC’s cache as needed.
You will be able to control bandwidth usage and set a daily cap through the Options menu. However, even with this flexibility, you shouldn’t notice any effects on bandwidth with texture streaming enabled.
Players with graphics set to High will stream high-resolution textures for Operators and Weapons, while players with graphics set to Medium or Low will be unaffected.
