Right after Minecraft: Java Edition officially joined Xbox Game Pass, as was announced during Minecraft Live 2021, Mojang Studios has released a brand-new snapshot for Part Two of the Caves and Cliffs Update, which is now available to all players.
Minecraft: Java Edition Snapshot 21w44a includes new changes to the recently introduced world blending feature from the last snapshot, alongside other various bug fixes and tweaks. Minecraft Bedrock Beta Version
To get into the Minecraft beta on Bedrock edition on PC, youll need to follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft Store app and search for the Insider app. Its free to download.
- After opening the app, click on the Previews tab. If you own Minecraft Bedrock edition, you should see the Minecraft for Windows 10 beta programme. Click on this and read through the disclaimer.
- After reading the disclaimer, confirm that you understand the terms and conditions and youll automatically download the beta version of Minecraft via the Microsoft Store.
- Open the newly downloaded version of Minecraft and click to start a new game. Youll know you have the correct version if the title screen says beta.
- In the world options, make sure that you scroll down and enable the Caves and Cliffs option to see the new features.
Its highly recommended that with each snapshot, you start a new world. This is so that you can see any new biomes in the world generation, such as the Minecraft Lush Caves.

To install the latest Minecraft Snapshot, simply follow these steps:
1. Open the Minecraft Launcher.
2. Select the “Installations” tab.
3. Toggle “Enable Snapshots”.
This will download and install the latest Minecraft Snapshot available. Players can then proceed to provide direct feedback by trying out the game. The first and foremost addition to the game has been the music by Lena Raine and Kumi Tanioka which can be played on the Jukebox item in Minecraft.

The Music features in new snapshot is called Otherside music disc and are a very rare find. They can be found in Stronghold corridor chests and even rarer in Dungeon Chests. Players can find them in Overworld and to the main menu when in Survival mode.

Its only possible to find lush caves in Minecraft in single cinema worlds, and you will know that there is one below you by finding an Azaela tree.
As for what they are, moss covers floors and ceilings, and they contain clay basins with drip-leaf plants growing from them.

How To Join The Xbox And Windows 10 Betas
Since the Xbox One platform and Windows 10 share a lot of similarities, Microsoft deigned to make the process for enrolling in their beta programs the same. The process really is as simple as installing an app and clicking a few buttons. Keep in mind, you must own Minecraft to join the beta program. On Xbox, you have to own the digital version of Minecraft. The disc version won’t work.
The first thing you will want to do is find the Xbox Insider Hub app from the Microsoft Store. You can either use the aforementioned link, or simply search for it in the Store .
Once you’ve found it in the Microsoft Store, you’ll want to install it to your Xbox or PC.
In the hamburger menu on the left-hand side, there’s two options. ==Click on **Insider content. You should see a collection of different programs you can join ranging from Games, Apps, and System.
Click on Minecraft under the Games section. This is where you will go to either join or unenroll from the beta.
