How To Make A Village Zombie

How To Breed Zombies in Minecraft Pocket Edition

If youre playing in survival mode, your villagers can be killed by zombies, and you will have to breed more to replace them. If you dont want to spend time breeding, ensure that your village is safe. Follow the steps below:

  • Ensure that theres always plenty of light in the village. Craft torches from sticks and coal and place them around and inside your buildings.
  • Create a wooden fence or a cobblestone wall around your village. Ideally, it should cover the whole perimeter and have a gate that you can close at night.
  • If your village has less than 16 inhabitants, create iron golems to protect the village. In large villages, they spawn automatically.
  • Optionally, instead of iron golems, tame wolves to protect the village. Feed 12 bones to a wolf to tame it.
  • Craft steel doors instead of wooden ones zombies cant break them.
  • Optionally, use wooden doors but raise them one block from the ground.
  • Minecraft: How To Breed Villagers

    Ever since they were introduced in Minecraft 1.0.0, villagers have been a fan favorite and truly a staple of Minecraft. Villagers are NPCs that allow for trade and they are friendly even if you loot their entire village! They are lovable and certainly people that you want on your side. It will prove to be important to harness the manpower of a whole village if you want to become rich and powerful in-game.

    One of the ways that you can harness that power is through breeding villagers. Although it sounds inhumane to some, having their help while farming, smithing, among other things will prove useful. Today, Im going to be providing you a step-by-step guide on how to breed villagers as of Minecraft 1.16.;

    Building Gardens For Villagers

  • 1Mine cobblestone, coal, and iron ore. All of these materials are found in caves. You need a pickaxe to mine these materials. Read “How to Make Tools in Minecraft” to learn how to craft a pickaxe and other tools.
  • Stone blocks are grey blocks that resemble stone. Use a pickaxe to mine cobblestone from stone blocks.
  • Coal blocks look like stone blocks with black spots. Use a pickaxe to mine coal from the coal blocks.
  • Iron ore blocks look like stone blocks with yellowish spots on them. Use a stone pickaxe or stronger to mine iron ore.
  • 2Build a crafting table and place it. A crafting table is built using four wood plank blocks in the crafting menu. After you build a crafting table, place it anywhere in the world.
  • 3Craft a furnace and place it. To craft a furnace, select the crafting table and place 8 cobblestone blocks along all sides of the 3×3 grid. Drag the furnace into your hot bar below your inventory. Place the furnace in your hot bar and equip it. Aim at the ground where you want to place it and right-click to place it.
  • 4Use the furnace to smelt the iron. To smelt your iron ore, select the furnace and place the coal in the fuel space . Then place your iron ore blocks in the space above the flame. Allow a few minutes for the iron to finish smelting. When your iron ore is finished smelting, select the furnace and drag the iron bars from the square on the right and place them in your inventory.
  • Sticks are crafted from wood plank blocks in the crafting menu.

    Raise Doors One Block Above Ground

    If fence gates are too limiting, you can try placing your wooden doors out of reach of zombies! Try raising houses one block above ground level so that villagers need to access them by jumping up; you cannot have stairs in front of the door. Villagers have no problem entering and exiting houses this way, but zombies are met with a dilemma: because they have to jump up and down to reach the door, they cannot consistently break it down. Be careful: villagers standing right next to the door can still be turned by zombies on the other side of the door.

    How to Breed Zombies

    Breeding villagers in Minecraft was a tad easier in past versions of the game, but today, only a few more steps are needed in Minecraft Version 1.14. Heres how to breed villagers in Minecraft Version 1.14.

    Breeding villagers is an odd thing to think about doing. Villagers are people and using the word breeding with them makes it seem like theyre animals.

    In the instance of Minecraft, they kind of are though. The more Villagers your village has, the more trades opened up meaning the more your village, farm, town or even city, prospers.

    Before diving into how to make Villagers do their thing to create a baby, lets talk about Minecraft Version 1.14.

  • 1Find a village. Villages generate at random locations in the game world. Villages can be found in the plains, desert, and savannah biomes. The village needs to have at least 2 villagers. Be patient. Villages are not always easy to find. You may have explored for a while before you find one. Use the map you get at the start of the game to keep track of your location.
  • 2Build more houses with doors in the village. Villagers will mate as long as the total population of villagers is less than 35% of the number of doors in a village.XExpert Source

    Craft Torches Or Glowstone Blocks

    Torches are blocks that emit light. They are simple and affordable to craft. One stick and one piece of coal in the crafting table makes four torches! Why bother with torches? Hostile mobs cannot spawn in daylight, and having a constant light source around your village prevents monsters from spawning once darkness falls. Fewer zombies spawning around your village means less danger to your villagers.

    Glowstone blocks also emit light, but can only be obtained in the Nether. Using torches is the most cost-effective and low-resource solution to keeping hostile mobs at bay.

    Having a fence or wall surrounding your village keeps out uninvited hostile mobs.

    What Is A Minecraft Villager

    Villagers are neutral mobs in Minecraft that serve a variety of purposes. Taller than the player when fully grown, Villagers tend to be found in the villages that spawn when the world is generated. They can fall in love with one another, have kids, get jobs, and can be traded with by the player.;

    Several other mobs in-gamelike Illagers and Witchescan be considered offshoots of Villagers due to using the same model as a base, but they arent true Villagers as they are hostile mobs with their own mechanics. One variation that can be lumped in with regular Villagers is the Zombie Villager, because they can be cured of their affliction by applying weakness to them and feeding them a Golden Apple.;

    Wait For The Offspring

    After all those steps, you only need to wait for the baby village. If you don’t want to waste time gathering food for villagers, you can place them in a garden and build a house around that garden. Then, they can collect food and store it in their inventory by themselves. You have to place proper workstations to make the new villagers become farmers, toolsmiths, or whatever you want when baby villagers grow up to adults.

    How To Breed Villagers By Throwing Food

    Breeding villagers by throwing food is the easiest way to breed villagers. All you need to do is acquire enough food to give to the villagers. When you throw the food on the ground near the villagers, they will run over and try to pick up the food. Once they have enough food in their inventory, their willingness to breed will increase.

    Villagers become willing by either having 12 carrots, 12 potatoes, 12 beetroots, or 3 bread in their inventory. Remember, each villager must have at least one of these four types of food in their inventory in order to breed.

    How To Breed Villagers With Gardens

    One good way to automate the villager breeding process is with Gardens. If you get villagers in a garden, they will automatically harvest the crops and place them in their inventory. Villagers have their own inventories and this is how they get more willingness to breed.;

    All you have to do in this situation is to create a garden in the area where the villagers are and plant some seeds. If you have any extra unclaimed beds, the villagers will take care of the rest of the work and breed themselves until all of the unclaimed beds are claimed.

    Riding a horse in Minecraft allows you to travel much faster than sprinting. Before you can do that, you need to find a horse and tame it. But did you know you could also breed horses? Minecraft lets you do this to produce better offspring or colors.

    In Minecraft, horse breeding isnt very complicated from a practical point of view, but when youre diving deep into the genetics aspect, it can become more complicated. But regardless, breeding two horses or a horse and a donkey in the game can be quite fun, as the foals can have random characteristics. However, before you breed some horses, you need a few ingredients.

    Splash Potion Of Weakness

    To create a Splash Potion of Weakness, it must be brewed using a brewing stand, which can either be crafted using blaze rods and cobblestone or found in a igloo basement, end ship or a cleric house in a village.

    Place the water bottle and the fermented spider eye in the brewing stand, then insert the blaze powder to initiate the brewing process. Once your mundane potions have brewed, place in the gunpowder to convert them into splash potions.

    A splash potion of weakness can also be found placed in igloo brewing stands.

    How Do You Summon Iron Golems

    Iron golems are massive passive mobs that exist solely to defend villagers and ward off the scarier mobs like zombies and skeletons. Most villages of medium size or greater will spawn with one iron golem of their own, but for true defensive power it’s always a good idea to summon more.

    To summon iron golems, you’ll need:

    • 4 iron blocks. You can craft iron blocks by combine nine iron ingots in a crafting table. Expensive, but worth it.
    • 1 carved pumpkin. Pumpkins spawn naturally around the world. You’ll need 1 to summon your own iron golem.

    Once you’ve gotten everything together, you’ll need to:

  • Place the iron blocks in a “t” shape. They can be in any orientation you want, but each corner needs to be air.

  • Place the carved pumpkin on top. This needs to be the last step. Place your carved pumpkin on the iron “t” to become the head.

  • Witness your creation! It’s probably best to summon the iron golem outside or only in tall buildings, since they are significantly taller than most mobs.
  • You can summon a lot of iron golems if you desire, just keep in mind the costs of doing so. I’d also recommend building a wall of some kind around your village as well, since iron golems that are summoned rather than naturally spawned tend to wander a bit more.

    How Do You Trade With Villagers

    How To Breed Zombies in Minecraft Pocket Edition

    The biggest reason most players will be interested in villages will be the in-depth trading system baked into villagers. This allows you to possibly get things that would normally be very difficult in your area or flat out impossible.

    Villagers that have professions are all able to trade to players. Nitwits, unemployed villagers, and baby villagers are not able to. Whenever you interact with a villager that can trade, a special trading menu opens that shows you what trades are available.

    These trades change from villager to villager, and many trades are only possible with certain professions. For example, librarians may often trade for paper or books, while butchers will want meat.

    Villagers also have a leveling system in place that unlocks additional trades as they progress. There are five levels in total, ranging from novice, apprentice, journeyman, expert, and master. Trading regularly with villagers is how they gain experience towards their next level, so it’s a mutually beneficial relationship.

    Not only do you have a relationship with individual villagers in regards to what trades are available, but you also cultivate a relationship with the village as a whole. This is referred to as your popularity. The higher your popularity, the better the prices for trades are. The lower your popularity, the higher the prices.

    There are three ways to get emeralds:
