Secretlab Titan Evo 2022 Chair: What You Won’t Like
The only real downside with the SecretLab Titan Evo sizes is if you somehow fall in between the weight and height categories. And sure, this is a niche issue, but I’d be remiss not to mention it. While I’m continuing on my weight-loss effort, I’ve found that I fall between the regular and XL sizes for weight and height. I feel like the XL chair is too high up for me relative to my desk, for example, although I’m still outside the weight limit for a regular chair. It’s easily remedied by getting a monitor booster or something of the like, but in my 30s, I find that ergonomics are increasingly a cause for concern with my aging frame. If you’re younger, this stuff is unlikely to be an issue for you.
Speaking of materials, the SecretLab boxes come with mountains upon mountains of packaging, many of which don’t seem to be easily recyclable. Typically, chairs I’ve reviewed come with a plastic bag with a bunch of inserts for the various screws and tools. The SecretLab lineup comes with a tailor-made box with different compartments instead, which was a fair bit harder to dispose of. It’s not a big deal for sure, since you’re going to just end up throwing all of the packaging away most likely, but more care could be made to make it easier to downsize and recycle the stuff you get in the box here. The instruction manual was also comically large, like A2 paper size, which made it hard to maneuver.

The result is the Secretlab Titan EVO 2022 Minecraft Edition, a customized take on the Titan EVO 2022 we declared one of the best gaming chairs on the market when we reviewed it in July. The chair itself appears to be the same as the base model the differences are strictly cosmetic.
Those cosmetic flourishes include a Creeper’s face on the back rest, a prominent Minecraft logo on the back of the chair, and a black-and-green color scheme. Windows Central reported that this makes it the first special edition chair to feature Secretlab’s new SoftWeave Plus fabric.

Secretlab on Thursday has finally launched the TITAN Evo 2022 Minecraft Edition chair in the Philippines featuring a Creeper-inspired design ethos.
The Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 Minecraft Edition, collaborated with Mojang Studios, is upholstered in Secretlab SoftWeave Plus fabric which is said to be more breathable and more durable than the previous version.
The applied tech claims to keep players cool and comfortable on the pixelated texture of interlacing yarn fibers mimicking Minecrafts grass blocks and the most iconic enemy mob, the Creeper.
Design-wise, the Secretlab Minecraft Edition chair has a sleek black and green color combination. The front displays the Creeper face while at the back is the Minecraft moniker.
Co-founder and CEO of Secretlab Ian Ang in a press release expressed his thoughts about the craft, I thought the Creepers backstory was extremely interesting its hard to imagine that the most iconic mob in the game was created by mistake and was originally intended to be a pig.
The new knitting technique used in the Secretlab SoftWeave Plus fabric opens up limitless design possibilities for us, and we couldnt think of a better way to start than with the Creeper and what is probably the most influential game of the decade, Ang added.
