Hostile Mobs And A Final Boss
This mod also has a story of sorts which ends in a big boss battle against the ancient king Anu. To get there, you need to first be brave enough to venture into the nether and then find a Hell Boat floating out there in the lava. On it assemble four redstone and figures to open up a portal. Go through this and you’ll end up outside of Anu’s Castle.
This castle is no walk in the park. It’s defended by Sentry Pigmen and Anubite statues that explode into life, which you’ll need to battle your way through or carefully avoid. Finally, in the center, you can find Anu’s sarcophagus, which can only be opened with a Scarab Gem.
The ensuing boss battle then goes through three stages, each more dangerous than the last, before Anu is finally defeated. If you click on his corpse, you’ll reach the game’s final secret. By doing so you’ll be teleported to a mysterious room with a treasure test that;teases one of the game’s most long-awaited updates…

Minecraft Gets Jurassic Park Dlc With Dinosaur Mobs And A Jeff Goldblum Skin
Modders have been bringing Minecraft and Jurassic Park together for ages through projects like JurassiCraft, but now Mojang is making the crossover official with a Jurassic World-themed DLC pack. Its out right now on the Minecraft Marketplace, and adds 60 dinosaurs and 21 skins to the game. Everyones also getting a free hoodie in the character creator themed after the raptor Blue.
You can grab the Jurassic World DLC for $7.99 USD in the marketplace. As the official description explains, not only can you craft and train dinosaurs, build exhibits, and solve problems, but you can also go on expeditions to discover dinosaur DNA! Use vehicles and your team of NPCs to solve disasters and earn a high score!
The trailer shows a pretty impressive expansion, with loads of drivable vehicles including helicopters, vans, and four-wheelers, on top of the impressively-animated dinosaurs well, as impressive as animation can get in Minecraft, at least.

Once you’ve made something of their DNA, mammal embryos will need to be injected into appropriate hosts like cows, which while then later give birth to them. Bird eggs, however, are;simply thrown at the ground like with chickens.

It All Starts With Fossils
Apart from a few living fossils that naturally spawn, such as Coelacanth, you won’t find any extinct dinosaurs and beasts roaming around when you load up this mob. Instead, you need to get to work mining fossil blocks before later unleashing your inner scientist. These blocks drop a;big variety of materials but the ones you’re initially going to be after are bio-fossils, which have a 22.5% drop rate.
The next step will then be building an “Analyzer” to search your bio-fossils for DNA. With this comes a lot of suspense as the DNA is randomized and you can’t predict what will be produced. The best thing is to have plenty of stock beforehand, so you can have a variety of DNA to play around with and prioritize.
Finally, you’ll need the all-important “Culture Vat” to create embryos and eggs from the harvested DNA. Inside the Culture Vat also goes the rather questionably named “Bio-Goo” which;is the main agent of the cultivation process. Of course, this is a complicated science with no guarantee of success, but before long you’ll hopefully;have the early stages of some prehistoric life in your hands and not the zombie-like failuresaurus…

Mojang Studios has announced a new;Jurassic World-themed DLC that will let players manage their very own dinosaur theme park in Minecraft.
Minecrafts latest DLC expansion, which was announced via the Minecraft Marketplace blog, will let players craft and train dinosaurs, revisit and recreate iconic moments from the Jurassic Park franchise, go on expeditions and build custom exhibits. The expansion also features sixty of the most iconic dinosaurs and over twenty character skins from all five films.
Players will also be able to embark on adventures to discover dinosaur DNA, and;manage the entirety of the;Jurassic World park, solving a handful of dinosaur-sized problems along the way. The DLC pack will also include craftable vehicles inspired by the movies.

Players can purchase the Jurassic World DLC, which is available now, for US$7.99 via the Minecraft Marketplace. Players can also redeem a Blue Hoodie for free from the Character Creator.

Mojang has announced that Minecraft‘s new DLC is now available to purchase from the Minecraft Marketplace. Minecraft Jurassic World brings Universal Pictures’ dinosaur franchise to the blocky world.
The new DLC adds 21 skins and more than 60 dinosaurs to Minecraft. In addition to the monstrous inhabitants, the Jurassic World DLC introduces a new luxury resort you’re the park manager of. You can train the dinosaurs, build exhibits in the resort, embark on adventures to discover dinosaur DNA, and more. There are also craftable vehicles inspired by the movies.
Mojang shared a video and some screenshots, embedded below, highlighting not only the new dinosaurs and Jurassic World resort but also the various hijinks you can get into. Minecraft Jurassic World is available on the Bedrock Version, which refers to Android and iOS devices, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Along with the announcement, Mojang is giving away the rare Blue Hoodie character creator item for free.
In other Minecraft news, the Education Edition of the game is now available on Chromebooks. This version, which is designed specifically for educators, also provides support for remote and hybrid learning.
