Minecraft inspired ice cream is a thing! Nick’s ice cream announced to the world they have a line of four ice cream treats inspired the world of Minecraft. The pints also have the added benefit of being Keto-friendly and sugar free.

Quick And Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe
Youll need
1 box of ice cream, any flavour, softened 1 tub of whipped cream Ice Cream sundae syrup 1 bag of M& Ms
Assembly Instructions
Find a pan you want to make the cake in, this will be the shape of your cake, a loaf pan might work well. Line it with plastic wrap.
Next layer your ice cream sandwiches to fit into the pan. This may require cutting a sandwich or two.
Now which ice cream flavour did you choose??? I went with Birthday Cake Ice Cream! How fitting is that? Its also a blue swirl which is my sons favourite colour so it worked out perfectly! Spread the softened ice cream on top of the sandwich layer.
Now repeat. If you had to cut sandwiches like I did, switch sides for the cut pieces to give it some stability. Smooth the ice cream, fold the plastic wrap to cover and place in freezer until set, at least two hours or overnight. I really liked that I could make this part the day before.
When you are ready to decorate, remove the cake from the freezer. Pull the plastic wrap up, bringing the cake up and out of the container and flip onto a serving platter. Discard the plastic wrap. Frost with whipped cream, like you would a regular cake.
For a finishing touch, drizzle with sundae syrup and sprinkle with bright and colourful M& Ms, now thats a party cake!

How To Make Ice Cream Cake
A lot of people are hesitant to make ice cream cakes because it seems difficult, but its actually really simple! It does take time since you have to freeze it after you add each layer , but believe me, it is SO worth it because you end up with these 5 delicious layers:
- Buttery Oreo Crust
- Oreo Ice Cream you can change this to be any ice cream that tastes good with Oreos
- Crushed Oreo Topping
COOKIE CRUST. Add the crushed cookie crumbs to a bowl, reserving about ½ cup for the topping. Add the melted butter to the crushed Oreos, mix it up, then press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan.
ICE CREAM. Spread the softened Cookies and Cream ice cream over the crust and freeze for 2 hours.
FUDGE SAUCE. Take it out, drizzle Chocolate Fudge Sauce over the ice cream and freeze for another hour. Make sure the sauce is cold because hot fudge sauce can cause the ice cream to melt.
FREEZE + ENJOY! Finally, add Whipped Cream and sprinkle with the remaining Oreos, then freeze for 2 more hours. Simple!

The collaboration features four different flavors — Emerald Minta, Cafe Blocka, Peanöt Choklad Glowdust, and Enchanted Äpple Pie — and is currently available for folks to order online for $9.99 per pint. The limited-edition ice cream collection features packaging inspired by the popular video game, including the fact that the pints are in square containers rather than Nick’s normal round ones.
